This notice describes the processing of personal data carried out byVectrum Consulting (Vectrum Colombia S.A.S.), as Data Controller, pursuant to Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and the other rules that amend or replace them. The Spanish version prevails.
Data we process
- What you submit through the contact form: name, company, email address, role and your message.
- What arises from messaging us on WhatsApp: your number and the conversation itself.
- Aggregated, cookieless navigation metrics: page views, visit origin and device type. This measurement does not identify individuals.
Purposes
- Answering your request and scheduling the diagnostic call.
- Preparing and sending the information you ask for.
- Tracing a potential commercial relationship and meeting applicable legal obligations.
We do not use your data for mass advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Consent
By submitting the form or messaging us on WhatsApp after reading this notice, you expressly and unequivocally authorize us to process your data for the purposes described above (Article 9, Law 1581 of 2012; Article 14, Decree 1377 of 2013). You may withdraw this authorization at any time.
Your rights
As a data subject you may know, update and rectify your data, be informed of how we use it, withdraw your authorization and/or request deletion when no legal retention duty applies, and access it free of charge (Article 8, Law 1581 of 2012).
To exercise these rights, write tomax.duque@vectrumconsulting.spacestating your name and request. Petitions are answered within the statutory terms; if you consider your rights violated you may file a complaint with Colombia's Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (sic.gov.co).
Data processors
We use technology providers acting as data processors: website hosting and analytics in the European Union, content delivery network and corporate email. They process data solely on our instructions and under the corresponding safeguards.
Minors
This website and our services are not directed at minors.
